These are pretty nice guys but really not so much in brotherhood and stuff. There seem to be a lot of clicks so it doesn't feel like a cohesive house. Some guys are immature, pranks and stuff is not cool to girls.

Have you ever been inside this house? It is the most disgusting place on campus. Floors are sticky and the whole house smells like a combination of beer puke and piss. I'm amazed that anyone considers them middle tier.. Lower tier house no doubt.
