They are now a house for guys who peaked in high school and want to relive their glory days. Known as your typical douchy fratbags. Also, the recruit for intramurals but aren't that good.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Kansas State University - KSU 1.0 It doesn't matter what frat you are in, but if you do something stupid in public or see something in public (such as an individual wearing cargos) frat guys yell rush beta. That should be enough said.
