This is definitely a house that thinks they are top tier but not... some good girls in here but mainly a very moderate house with little involvement and they just don't seem happy or to love their sorority.

Literally great value Frat. Do they even exist on campus or off. Literally any other frat will do. Just the worst of people and that “brotherhood” is a lie. Couple minutes around these guys and you know what there really about. 👀
