Easily one of the best houses on campus. They're always respectful to everyone, and keep it classy. Still a ton of fun, always safe, and overall awesome guys. I love Delta Sigs.

Parties are sketchy with quite a few GDIs I wouldn't be caught at another one. The guys are also pretty scary.

Did so much work cleaning out the house this year. Middle to top tier and next year's pledge clad has potential to bring them to the top, all up to the rush chairs. Great house to party in and had the best location on campus. Oh and they are partnered with Chi O next year for homecoming, looking like a promising future for this house.
