These guys are obviously self rating.... but they are an okay house, but too big to be super close. Anf there house in the middle of nowhere. Some bad ratings to offset the blatant self rating.

Honestly, expect these guys to be a top 4 house next year. Lucky bastards got paired up with Chi O for homecoming. They are neighbors and chill dudes. Not gonna rate looks lol
