Yea this is a "self rank" but an honest "self rank". Graduated last year. Was in this house for 4 years. But this is a "honest self rank" where i think Phi Delt currently stand being in the house 4 years and all.

Been to a good amount of their parties, usually are pretty lame and not a whole lot of fun. Only have about one good party a year. Cute guys that are somewhat involved on campus but all around not a good time with them. Most of them are really rude and disrespectful but there is a handful of good guys. Better houses out there.

By far my favorite fraternity on campus. Fun parties, and the guys are gentlemen that I can truly call some of my best friends. Also pretty involved on campus. The Ladies of Gamma Phi love Beta!
