Definitely a lot of self ranking here. They are not a bad house but I would not consider them in the top tier. I don't see them involved a lot and they don't stand out.

A majority of the Pi Phis I have met are very stuck up and fake. This house is not a top tier house and need to step their game up, I don't see them involved and they act like they are so much better.
