I know a lot of girls in this house and they are all so fun and nice, idk where all this negativity is coming from. They seem to have a great sisterhood and I know from personal experience they are inclusive of other girls not in their house. Plus they know how to have fun and party and still have good grades

This is clearly self ratings. The last thing you hear anyone say is "Let's go to Pike! The guys there are so nice and fun!" They basically could be described as the house that just reads TFM's website everyday and do anything possible to be exactly what that site portrays itself to be.
