Don't join this house if you are wanting to be a part of your fraternity your whole college career. They have been on extremely thin ice since last year. Everybody thought they were getting kicked off all last semester but they barely hung on and are still in extremely hot water with one slip up meaning their expulsion from campus. Trust me, you don't want to be like the guys who joined sigma nu two years ago knowing they were in hot water. They initiated then were houseless 2 months later.

Not the type of guy you bring home to mom and dad. They are all business majors who drink and smoke all day. Very uninvolved on campus. Only thing you hear about them is how their alcohol runs out within an hour of the party starting because their social chairs take all of the alcohol money and spend it on themselves. One of my friends thought she may have been rufied their but couldn't prove it.

their parties literally don't have alcohol at them. I should change it to party because they may have one a semester. The few guys who drink in farmhouse are judged hardcore by the rest of the house.

This is such obvious self ranking. You never hear anything good about them. If they do ever have a party their alcohol selection is poor and the guys are so disrespectful. By all means join this house if you don't care that most girls view lambdas as very unclassy guys but if you care about reputation in the slightest this probably isn't the house for you.

Really on the rise at KSU. Great pledge class this year and parties are a lot better than previous years. Phive Days is also a great philanthropy. Love my Phi Delt boys!!!!

A common joke by other frats is they yell "rush pike" if they see a major geed or some really strange dude. That alone should give you an idea of exactly what kind of house they are.

These are smart but weird guys. Hard majors but not very involved or athletic. Plus they only have such a high GPA because the rig it by not counting certain people and making initiation for the pledges be a 3.5 or higher. They got caught for doing this a few years ago and got in trouble. 45 members total..good and bad thing I guess.
