The reason I rated Sig Ep so low isn't because I don't like them but it's more of a warning for anyone trying to join here. They are so close to being kicked off campus I would strongly recommend for everyone to stay away from here because the chances of you being part of a fraternity all 4 years of college are very thin.

I don't know what else to say other than I was shocked when I saw how high this house's rating was. They are practically non-existent on campus and social aspects. It seems they spend most of their time on this website rating themselves.

It's pretty obvious that last couple posts on here are a joke... But in all seriousness Lambda is one of my favorite houses on campus. They don't have the nicest house in the world but the guys are always have a good time. Sometimes they'll have parties that are mainly in their basement but sometimes they'll have them upstairs in their rooms and I had so much fun at their last upstairs party. I'm just waiting for the semester to start to do it again! So long story short, lambda is a lot of fun

Sig Chi has a great house for parties. They usually have bigger ones the day's other popular houses aren't having anything goIng on (ironic). they can be kinda creepy at parties and constantly try to get in your pants
