Anyone involved in Greek life would look at this ranking and laugh... Easily one of the bottom tier houses on campus, hey at least you guys get the nod over Pi Kap and ΤΚΕ.. P.S. Ben Hopper loves you because you aren't a real house!

Theta has definitely moved up to a top tier. Their sophomore and freshman are hot and are super fun. Not always the classiest but I have always liked hanging out with them.
