Not a member, but have some friends in the sorority. Alpha Xi Delta made in-house girls live in an unfinished basement, with dust, bare concrete, and spiders. Still made them pay the same amount as every other girl living in the house. Their food isn’t that great either. Most of the girls in the sorority are pretty stuck up and not friendly. A lot of cliques in the house. Also, they require everyone to have a philanthropy plan and pay a lot of the money out of their own pocket. If rushing, you can find a better house than this one.

Not a whole lot to say, failed at their original philanthropy so they had to do a new one. Pretty lame

I’ve spent a lot of the time around this chapter. 50% of the guys are fun and normal. On the other hand the other 50% are a bunch of stuck up people who think they are better than everyone else when they are not. If they took those 50% out then the house could compare to Beta or DU.
