One of the most disgusting frats I’ve ever been to. Not sure how they can live like that. The floors are sticky and it reeks of weed. I’ve had some really creepy experiences with some boys there. Unsolicited touching and perverted comments are a ATO essential! Overall just sketchy frat lol

Their parties are not fun. You stand in a empty hot dark house with cheap beer or terrible jungle juice. The boys either ignore you or just want to get in your pants. My first hand experiences with phi delts have been anything but positive.
