Even though they're a "new" sorority, they really built their rep quick. There are some houses that have been here way before them and Zeta is already beating them. These girls are super motivated and it clearly shows in their reputation

There is a top house listed on this site that has gone through and make all of the actual top tier houses ranks go down. Honestly it's pretty pathetic and with enrollment numbers down I'm sure that they will not be able to get many girls at all. Pi Phi and many other houses ranked low on here are actually a much higher tier, it'll all make sense when you actually meet the girls in some of the "top" houses on this website

Even with this being the “top house on campus” it’s really sad to see how cliquey this sorority really is. If you aren’t a joco don’t expect to be welcomed by your pc.
