Easily one of the top three houses on campus! Have awesome parties and the guys are super nice and am always comfortable there. They have one of the nicest houses on campus and is very clean for a wet house. They also got one of the best freshman pledge classes at kstate. Always end the night here

There’s a reason why the ranking is so low. Notice how every recent rating claims that the rating is low because girls are “jealous”. That’s a typical mindset of any tri delt ever thinking every girl is jealous of them. Very shallow house with shallow girls. But hey they know how to party and are involved, can’t deny that.

Their brotherhood consists of a hookup party culture. Good amount of girls get taken advantage of. Not boyfriend material, more on the side of illegal material
