Super involved, spend a lot of time doing community stuff. The guys don’t seem to get along super well because they are so competitive, house is super crammed, might be pretty, but looks like a bad place to actually live in. Nice guys

This house peaked about 4 years ago. They were doing so good and now theyre struggling in every aspect. Girls don’t want to live in the house at all. A group of girls in my math class kept complaining about how much they want to drop but they keep getting told to “wait it out” sounds like people shouldn’t waste their time here.

Known around campus that they have a pretty good pc19 and reputation as a whole. They are a dry house but make up for it. DU is an above-average house that has good party scene, good GPAs , and good looking guys.
