I really like the Beta Sigs. Overall, they are really nice and genuine guys. I would also say they aren’t “typical fraternity guys” which I enjoy. There are a lot of musicians and people with a variety of interests in the house. They are not the most involved with Philanthropy on campus but hopefully that will change within the coming years. Really good guys overall, not creepy at parties and the type of guys you want to date and be good friends with.

Cheat on grades by not submitting pledges grades if they earn less than a 3.5 gpa, good house, sticky floors. Weird vibe.

HC partners this year, super hard working and goal oriented guys. All really classy, they don’t have big parties because they are dry, but have great out of house parties. They are what fraternities strive to be on paper, smart, hardworking, brotherly, and responsible.

I like Acacia but I am wondering why they have such a high percentage on greek rank. They have a lot of good guys but there are some slimy ones. They rarely party, and do not interact much with other fraternities. I feel like they mainly interact with whoever their homecoming partners are that year which this year was Alpha Delta Pi. They are known for their academics and being boring. It’s not the best house but by no means is it the worst.
