hazing

First, they make you get a job, that way you can afford the things they make you buy during pledgeship. You can only get a job doing hard manual labor, so you'll have to look for a construction or landscaping position. Make sure you get a good pair of gloves because you don't want to ruin a manicure while pulling someone's weeds. You won't be allowed to use mom or dad's money to buy these items.
After your first paycheck, you'll have to buy a case of 16oz bottles of castor oil. (not to be confused with Castrol Syntec) It's easier to just buy the case and it also saves you money in the end because of the bulk order discount. You'll be required to drink 1 bottle of castor oil every day.
Next, you'll have to go to the crafting section of Wal-Mart and hand-make a costume of your favorite Disney Prince (Yes, prince) and then wear it for a fashion show to determine who gets to be pledge class leader. Due to overwhelming popularity Gaston is allowed during the competition.
At some point you'll be expected to get in front of all active membership and do interpretive dance to Yanni's greatest hits, but just like a congressional filibuster if you stop for even a moment you won't be allowed to continue and your effort will be dismissed.
Lastly, you'll have to write a 2,000 word essay on what family member of Full House you consider yourself most similar to and why.
I hope this helps.

They don't haze, yeah okay. Nothing major, they just did a line up on bids day when I pledged.
