which house throws the best parties, gets the most girls, has the coolest brothers and has the best rep on campus? i might be coming here so i want to know

All the top houses are going downhill pretty fast so if you want a good experience your best bet is with a middle house in all honesty

Lambda and Pike are the best two for what you're asking. After that it's probably TKE & SigEp but I'd say they're more balanced and not completely about the social life

Pike had a lot of scandals this year...i'd stay away. yes they party with the hottest sororitys but they WILL haze you and it will be awful and why put in all the work for a frat thats on its last legs? with chi phi on the chopping block i wouldn't be surprised if pike was next

Pike socials frequently with the two hottest sororities on campus never mind with the others. Only people that think there going down are your sorry asses posting on this website so grow up. I'm in a top tier sorority and some of the best brotherhood I've seen are from them.

Honestly you can say what you want about pike but at the end of the day, APhi and ADPi always social with them

False and changing though. Only the senior and junior guys hang out with a phi which is the only thing keeping that alive. The younger guys in pike are not good at all and dont hang out with a phi as much as the younger guys in sig ep and tke do. Lambda on the other hand seems like theyll keep the trend going with adpi considering adpi loves them and the younger guys in lambda are pretty good too.
