next fraternity to get a house?

I heard that AEPi is getting a house, is that true? If not will a fraternity like TKE, PIKE or Phi Kappa Psi get a house? I know TKE and Phi Psi have houses that are being leased to sororities.

If tke and pike had houses they'd probably destroy them in a semester. I highly doubt aepi is getting a house considering they barely have any brothers. Phi psi possibly could eventually but I don't think the school has any plans for building new houses

Not true, there's a fraternity house in the works at the top of the circle near ADPi.

TKE has been leasing to Alpha Phi forever, it would be surprising if they ended that arrangement. Girls are better residents.
