Chi Phi still owns the house. It's could turn into AXO's situation where even tho the chapter is suspended their alumni assoc. will just rent it to another chapter.

Regardless who gets it it could turn into a Tke/aphi situation. When Tke got kicked off in the 90s they started leasing it to aphi when they got on and it hasn't changed since.
