just wanted to see an overall ranking of the frats and sororities!? thinking of transferring here and im in Kappa Alpha Theta at Quinnipiac

In no order within the tiers:
ADPi, APhi, DZ

SDT, ZTA, SK, KD

Phi Sig, Chi O, AxiD

so you cannot go through recruitment again and join another chapter you are aware of that correct?

OP, look through discussions back about 3-5 pages. You'll find logical breakdowns for every organization. Asking like this will only bring out the divas.

Just so you are aware, you cannot drop a sorority once initiated and then join another. It is a URI rule. And if any exceptions are allowed to be made, the exception is under the guideline that you wait an entire calendar year after resigning befor joining another sorority.

It's not a URI rule, it's an NPC rule. Once initiated, you can never join another NPC group no matter the circumstances. So if she hasn't been initiated she can drop and pledge elsewhere. If she's already been initiated into theta, then she has no options at URI.
