top tier ranking, unbiased
by: The honest truth
1) Alpha Phi: Socially, they're very popular, and especially because of their name, will always have a good rep. The majority of them are gorgeous although the last three pledge classes are a lot more diverse looks and merit wise as they've been in the past.. WHICH IS NOT NECESSARILY A BAD THING...good for them for branching out and taking different types of girls. A lot of people think everything about APhi is better from the outside than inside.
2) Delta Zeta: Undoubtedly the most laid back "top tier" sorority. Really fun, sociable, stoner girls, and for the most part are extremely attractive. Did a complete 180 in the past two years..YES, they WERE on probation and couldn't have formals (which contributes to their negative stigma), but now they're a COMPLETELY new chapter and have really turned themselves around and have gotten great new classes. Do a ton of community service and participate in other greek life philanthropy events.Deserve to be where they are, really worked for it
3) Alpha Delta Pi: Gorgeous girls. Seriously, hardly any of them are even remotely unattractive. However, thats all you ever really hear about them. What do they really contribute to greek life aside from their "pretty girl" rep and fun parties?I'm not sure. Honestly feel like they remain top tier just because of their appearance because honestly who else EVER hears anything about them aside from that? They don't really contribute to greek life aside from that. Didn't put effort into greekweek

7. Chi Omega: similar to Sigma Kappa, lot of pretty girls and lot of average/not so pretty girls, a lot of rumors. Difference is, Sigma Kappa has been falling from a formerly excellent rep, and Chi Omega is moving up from their old bad rep. Some pnms love them, some end up there as a second choice. Really involved and always place in events. Socially they stick with the middle/bottom frats they like and don't get too ratchet, but don't socialize outside that circle. Mix of mostly chill and some annoying girls, mostly low drama and easygoing.
8. Phi Sigma Sigma: has been the lowest house on the totem pole for almost their entire existence, which they desperately want to change. They have prettier girls now and are very loyal to each other. They support other houses but don't have a huge presence on campus. Social life isn't terrible, they just have an awkward, over eager to convince everyone they are awesome vibe that is irritating. Not having a permenant home doesn't help them. Aren't social climbers but want to change their rep badly. Nice girls.
9. Alpha Xi Delta: most of what you hear about them is their philanthropy work, which they are dedicated to. They are a mix of some cute girls, and more really not cute girls. Since returning to campus a few years ago their rep is still being formed, but seems to be solidifying at the bottom, they come off as dorky and awkward.
10. Kappa Delta: putting them at the bottom again due to newness, BUT they had a good recruitment (arguably better than Phi Sigma Sigma and Alpha Xi Delta) and could have the potential to move up in the next couple of years. Still don't have an established rep except for being new and a mix of different types of girls. They keep a high profile on campus. Like other bottom houses, some people get an awkward, try-hard vibe from them. Have had some legendarily ratchet social issues but seem to have pulled it together for the most part.

for the bottom:
chi o has a good rep on campus when it comes to events but not socially and didn't have that good of a pledge class
phi sig sig isn't involved enough with an ok pledge class
axid is really involved with charity and is coming up when it comes to activities and had a good pledge class
kd is very good for being new however is too new to really say they had a good pledge class
