What are the differences between joining Phi Kappa Psi or Delta Chi?

Phi Psi is new and small while D Chi is older and small

What's better for long term growth?

I'd say either... Delta chi is older with no real presence while phi psi is new with a growing presence (because they're new it'll be a while before they move up in the tier

I would say you can't really go wrong with any of them. However, Phi psi's presence is growing really fast considering they are only a year old, and will only get better

Ya there is nothing wrong with either. But Delta Chi has been around for a while but is still small and not as involved as they could be. Phi Psi has only recolonized this past year and have placed in many events, and have gotten to many sororities and frats. It may take some time for them to lose the reputation of being the new small frat but they are definitely moving in the right direction.
