transferring and rushing

I'm from California and plan to transfer as a junior. Here, juniors rush all the time because of the transfer requirements for the state, but I know that isn't the case everywhere. What is it like at URI?

Depends are you a male or female? For frats a guy could rush as a junior and get bids from top houses. Some sororities will take juniors but some houses will not. Either way, if you're a guy it doesn't matter and if you're a girl just don't have your heart set on one house. If you are open to every house, you'll likely get a bid!
