How are Sigma Pi and Delta Chi in the best of the rest? Sigma Pi hasn't been relevant in at least 5 years and Delta Chi is decent but should not be that high.
Honorable mention-
Kappa Sigma? Are you kidding? I'd take Phi Kappa Psi, Sigma Chi and ZBT over them in a second. I have no issues with FIJI in this spot.
Gone but not forgotten-
Beta Theta Pi historically is one of the best fraternities across the country. At URI they were a joke.
TEP- They still have their condemned house on campus so you can't forget them.
ATO- No one knew they even existed except for ATO members and their mothers. I'm a senior and I saw an ATO shirt twice on campus.

Your best of the rest is awful. TKE is only good on greek rank, Chi Phi is lower middle, Delta Chi is a bottom feeder. Sigma Pi? They've been going downhill each semester for the past 8-10 years.
Kappa Sigma is another bottom feeder frat and FIJI is decent, not too bad but not to good, just there.
Theta Chi and AEPi are bottom feeders. Phi Psi is a toss up, won P-week and 2nd in Greek Week so this makes them avoid being a bottom feeder.
Lastly....did anyone even know ATO was a frat? A made up frat could get more people rushing than ATO

Dude, it's only greek rank, it's not a big deal. Honestly what he/she said is not that far off. Greek rank is full of self ranks/trolls. Even when something legit is said, it will never be accepted on this site.
