As much as I love living on campus in a house they have their drawbacks. Like its awesome living with all your brothers/sisters but it's a dry campus and all parties happen off campus so every weekend we have to get rides to eastward and all those areas which gets kind of old.

Chi Phi and Sig Chi are the newest and on the circle. ZBTs is newer too, but they won't get it back for like 4 years. Phi Psi's house is leased to ZTA but there are rumors they are building another house. TKE's house is Alpha Phi but alpha phi's been there for almost 20 years, they are probably smarter to keep the girls leasing. Sig Ep and Sig Pi have older houses on the circle. AEPi was in the Hillel house until the early 2000s. Fiji has their Fiji castle near the library, lambda has their big house on old north road. PIKE and Theta Chi were on upper college road until the 90's, the university bought their houses. Kappa Sig, Delta Chi, and SAE...either never at uri before and never had houses in the past, or were here so long ago idk where they were.

SAE did have the IEP house and Theta Chi's old house is the admissions office

And to go off of that, the quality of the fraternity houses themselves have nothing to do with how good the frat is. No one ranks the houses here.
