phi kappa psi?

I'm looking into rushing in the fall and Phi Kappa Psi has captured my interest. They've placed in Greek Week and they won Philantrophy week so they are good all around. I've met some of the guys and they seem pretty cool.
What are your opinions of Phi Kappa Psi?

I personally don't know a lot of them. The only thing I will say is rush a few houses. Just because a house does well in Greek week and philanthropy week does not mean they are a great house. Tep never showed up to anything but were still considered top house before getting kicked off.
Rush based off of what you think of the house not what you hear.

Yeah it depends what you're looking for in a house and what you think of them during rush. You could look at something like phi psi ZBT SAE or a few other frats who do well with on campus events and philanthropy but then you see like lambda and tke who do average and below average with that stuff but pretty much focus on partying. Look at every frat and see where you fit in. Every frat has good and bad things about them too of course.

yea they dont know how to party. i heard a story that they had a social with phi sig during greek week and it was absolutely terrible and the girls left early. and because of that i think i heard that they will cancel on phi sig next time. which is stupid because its their fault the girls felt uncomfortable and left early. i would not suggest rushing here since they clearly dont know whats up.

Or maybe they are canceling on phi sig, because they have realized how average phi sig is....just saying.

They have only been at URI for a year now, too early to judge them on their social life(half the Greek life didn't know about them until Greek week) . Definitely the better of the two new frats so far IMO.

I was in TEP for 2 years before we got kicked off campus. I still have no clue why we were considered a top house.
