Phi psi has had a really good year and could be a real contender to win fraternity of the year by doing so good in both philanthropy and Greek week with so much less members.

Odds are this is a self rank but in this case it's actually true. They have about 35-40 guys and are like 2 years old.
Not top tier but who knows maybe 5-7 they could be top?

They're moving up yes. But doing well in Phil week and Greek week doesn't make you fraternity of the year

I would agree with most of what last comment had to say, congrats to phi psi on having a good year, and yes they are moving up. But, although Phil and Greek week, come into factor for frat of the year, there are is so much more you have to do to win it.
