i used to be completely in agreement with you. we had our first social in years with chi phi this year and they threw down. it was so much fun. they have a lot of hot and cute guys that are nice. there are obv some douchebags but every frat has them. i put chi phi above sig pi. also sig ep is not as great. SAE has better socials. despite kids calling sig ep wannabe pikes though theyre on their way to being top
