This list is a joke. ATO at 14? They should be at least be 8th. Who's Theta Chi? They should be at the bottom. Why is TKE always 1st? They're probably 3rd.

No clue if this is a joke or not. However, is there much of a difference between the worst and best bottom tier frat? Also you can throw in Phi Kappa Psi and Kappa Sigma with the Theta Chi's and Delta Chi's of the world.

Top three are interchangeable depending on the girl, I honestly like the top three all the same so whatever. But I'd switch sig pi and chi phi too.
