Bottom line, if i come to URI next fall, whats the fraternity that I will have the most fun and make a lot of new friends?

All the fraternities are great and you cannot make a wrong decision. Look around and see what fraternity you fit in.

basically all of them except AEPi and ATO are too small to make a lot of friends.

I wouldn't go so far as saying that small = less friends. I've seen small groups have tight-knit friends, while larger groups have a higher chance of having cliques within the group.

Regardless, talk to everyone! You'll find a good fit.
