to girls that didn't get spring bids

Spring recruitment is over. It was repeated over and over (on this site and In person) that there were more girls interested than bids available. Some open houses had 4-8 times the number of girls they could take show up interested.
Please do not feel rejected. For the vast majority of you, you didn't do or say ANYTHING wrong. So many factors go into the membership process. My house and others had to decline women we would have loved to take, and it sucks.
If you are still interested in a house, stay in contact with the membership chair or whoever you communicated with and let them know. Fall Recruitment is COMPLETELY different, and you are nearly guaranteed a bid.

Too many girls underestimate how competitive spring recruitment is. It's practically like trying to get accepted into Harvard, especially with the top houses that are only taking 5-8 girls. FALL recruitment is where it's at. It's worth it to wait until then, because your chances of receiving a bid skyrockets.
