which fraternity?

I'm narrowing it down to FIJI and Phi Kappa Psi. I've met guys from both fraternities and they seem cool. Of these two who do you prefer? Which has a better reputation on campus?

Fiji has been around longer and has a nice house but has a reputation of not having a close brotherhood and just partying a lot. Phi kappa psi just recolonized last semester and has yet to obtain a reputation. However they seem close and have potential.
