spring rush pros and cons

Hey I'm rushing in the spring and i'm down to Chi Phi, Sig Ep, and SAE.
What are the pros and cons of each? And what overall do u think is the better fraternity? I say overall in the sense of everything and not who socials with the best sororites (even tho its a factor)
