trying to pick a frat to rush/sae/ks?

So im a freshman at uri and i want to rush a frat in the spring. Im not really sure what frats to rush. i am interested in one where the guys actually hang out/eat.etc together in which its a real brotherhood. also one where the guys are nice and have great socials events.
I heard SAE is a good frat. i hear they live by the phrase of being a true gentleman which gives me the idea their a good group of guys. Also that they were frat of the year in 2013.
any suggestions of frats to rush or comments about SAE?

also I heard that they just started kappa sigma? is that true because i am a legacy of them.
