fraternity rush?

I'm a transfer who transferred to uri from a school with no greek life. I have a year-1/2 left. I always wanted to pledge a fraternity. Some friends are saying I should go for it and that I have nothing to lose. Do you think an upperclassmen has a chance at a bid from either FIJI, Sigma Pi or ATO? If not these are there any fraternities that might take an upperclassmen?
