what frats to rush?

Im rushing this spring and want a frat with a campus house, that has good parties and socials, but also has good brotherhood and is what a frat should be. Any suggestions?

Sigma Chi has great brotherhood and their new house is dope, I'm rushing them in the spring

For the total package (brotherhood, parties, house) sig ep or sigma chi. they are filled with chill dudes who don't have their head up their ass. sigma chi has a brand new house so that will help them a lot.
