What frats give out the most bids or are looking for new members?

The two new frats I know of are Kappa Sigma and Phi Kappa Psi. They are new and are probably looking for a good number of new members.

The new and smaller Frats. Kappa Sig and Phi Kappa Psi defiantly just hand out bids. Then you got the small established frats that do rolling recruitment like AEpi, Theta Chi, sigma chi, ATO and etc..

Phi Kappa Psi is one that I know of. I don't think they hand out bids because they have purposely been taking smaller rush classes.
