Why do you think zta over chi o? I have friends in both I'm just wonder the deciding factor they seem pretty even to me?

Also personally SK is all sweet smart pretty girls and if all the things I hear about SDT are true then they aren't tied

The middle zone is full of very similar houses, hard to rank them overall.
