already greek

As a member of the greek system, I have to ask you honestly, do you really think the only way to make friends is through your sorority? Going Greek is an awesome way to meet people, sure...but so is Student Senate, SAA, the philanthropy and civility groups, Student Entertainment Committee, and a ton of other organizations. A lot of girls have friends in many other sororities beside their own, so there isn't an unspoken rule that you only hang out with your sisters. Are you living in dorms? Down the line or home? If you are initiated into DG there's nothing you can do about joining another sorority, but there are plenty of ways to socialize and meet people outside of a sorority.
