Are the sororities gonna tell us how many girls they can give spring bids to? How do you find out?

sigma kappa, phi sigma sigma, and delta phi epsilon can take the most girls.

Not very many usually max 15 for top tiers

Tiers have nothing to do with it, Panhel sets a total number and chapters can take up to that amount. Depends on how many members they have to start the semester.
