greek house life

Can anyone give me some insight on what it's like to live in a frat or sorority house?
I joined a frat and now after a year I am going to be living in the house, and I'm a bit worried it will negatively effect my grades. I'm a 4.0 pre-medicine student (I'm a sophomore) and an athlete, so I really need sleep and a good study environment. I know there will be a lot of mischief and stuff which is cool cause I love spending time with my brothers, but is it a huge impact on your grades? Is it ever quiet enough to study in the house? Will people be up at 2am screaming on week nights? Thanks for any help.

I am in a sorority, and its not that crazy as it may seem. Yeah we like to have fun and stuff in the house, but we also get down to studying. My sisters and I go to the chapter room to have study sessions, we make sure to have fun and get work done as well. And also we go to the library together to get work done.
