I heared ZTA is gonna lose their house to Phi Kappa Psi....is this true?

The house is owned by Phi Kappa Psi. Once they are up and running again, they will want it back.

Zeta's lease on the property doesn't go up until the end of spring 2015 I believe.

Zeta has a lease on the house until the end of Spring 2015. Also Phi Psi is still a colony (and will probably be one for at least a year) so they can not officially use a house. By the time Zetas lease ends in 2015, Phi Psi will be a chapter and have every right to not renew the lease to Zeta and move in their chapter.
Whatever Zeta does after that is up to Zeta.
