Why did the phi sig house move???? They were in frat circle now they’re on upper college road

No. The KD house is owned by Chi Phi fraternity. They may have some arrangement where they can renovate, but the property isn’t theirs.

Phi Sig moved houses because their old house is owned by a chi o nationals. Because a chi o is coming back to campus, they wanted their old house back. Phi Sig now lives at the old A Phi house which is actually owned by TKE nationals (so they rent it out). Some houses are actually owned by their nationals and some are owned by other chapter nationals so they have to rent it out.
