You have to be very hot to get in any of them, and relatively stuckup. DZ has the best personalities.

you dont have to be too hot in any now, like their recent pledge class are average... no one really stands out. Their fall 2011 were smokes though, and their 2012 were okay too. DZ you actually dont have to be hot.. have you seen their prez last year?

You have to be very hot for all of them. dz's exec this year and their new pledges are all hot. Same with adpi they got such pretty girls this year and all of the girls in it are too. you just have to judge your personalities on your own.
