Well.... Heres my opinion.
The Frats that party with with the hottest sororities are PIKE, SigPi, TEP (if they are still a Frat), SAE and Lambda. But from what i've seen and heard they also tend to have bad brotherhood. Most are just in it for bangin slams and crushing beers every other night.
You got frats like ZBT, Fiji, Theta Chi, SigChi and SigEp. They have pretty good Brotherhood but not the same social rep so they tend to spend more time with all right to bad sororities.
Then you got all these new frats like AEPi, Kappa Sig, Phi Psi and TKE. They are real small and they dont have much rep at all so I can't really say.
You just gotta make friends with brothers and see which you clique better with bro.
