alpha phi

i want to rush alpha phi for spring but are they losing their house? because that would cause some problems. I love the girls obviously but i LOVE the house and where it is.

you shouldn't be joining a house just because of the location and look of their house...just sayin

TKE owns their house, so there is always the potential in the future they may wish to take it back if they have them membership to support it. That's probably not going to be for a while. I agree with the above poster, though. If the sorority's actual house plays that big a role in your decision making process, you need to reevaluate your priorities in regards to greek life.

It's not alpha phi's house it's sigma pi and they don't own it anymore sig pi is now the current owners

A few years back TKE lived in what is currently the Sigma Pi house when SigPi was off campus. The Alpha Phi house is actually TKE's.
