any frats with easy pledge that still have fun

Gonna Rush a frat this Spring or next Fall. But all the "top tier" ones seem like 3 months of pure pain and hell while the "bottom tier" ones I have heard are the pledge process is easy and even fun. Can anyone tell me what the pledge process is like for there frat.
Or what is a middle/top frat that has a at least bearable pledge period.
Ive heard TKE, SAE, Lambda, FIJI and PIKE are Hell, D Chi is fun and Sig Chi was not bad. Anyone wanna elaborate or help me out
