You do realize that the rumor of TKE taking over the Alpha Phi house has existed for almost 10 years, right? There has always been the mumbling that TKE would move there because they "owned" the house even before they were kicked off campus. I remember TKE, and I highly doubt that URI would allow them back on campus... And if they do, it's definitely not going to the same TKE that my house shared a lawn with. They were pretty bad ass.

And ZBT.. Funny story. They got kicked off campus and they burned their house to the ground. They were pretty bad ass, too... And then they came back to campus as a bunch of RAs and admission councilors. Ugh. Wet blanket on the Greek System.

Alpha Phi has a long term lease on the facility. People are starting rumors for no reason.
